About Cotes Property Services LLC

Out at the Weirs the year swings between extremes: August crowds along the boardwalk, then a February so still you can hear the ice working against the channel wall. Cotes Property Services keeps pace with both ends of it, mowing, trimming, edging and running seasonal cleanups while things grow, then plowing, shoveling and salting once they stop. Winter routes start before dawn so drives and walkways are open when the day begins; summer routes end with a lawn holding its lines clean to the road. Same houses, different tools, the same idea about leaving a place looking looked-after. Laconia and the towns around it make up the year.
