About Elm City Landscape Services

Late summer leans toward September along the Ashuelot, and the work leans with it — the last quick mowings while the grass still runs, hedges taken back before the leaves let go, an overgrown yard cleared out while the light holds long. Elm City Landscape Services keeps lawns and grounds through Keene and the towns around it, and there is a plain physical pleasure in the result: the mown stripe running true toward Monadnock, a hedge line squared to the eye, a driveway power-washed back to its own honest color. They handle lawn care and grounds maintenance, weed control, hedge cutting, yard clearance and turfing, fencing, and landscape design and installation for outdoor spaces meant to be sat in and used. In a valley of brick mills and wide Main Street shade, that adds up to a yard that reads as cared for from the sidewalk — and keeps reading that way, week after week, deep into the fall.
