About JMS Tree Services

Nearly every yard in Jaffrey has an angle on Monadnock, and the mountain writes the weather for all of them. JMS Tree Services works those lots — the camps around Thorndike Pond, the woods roads climbing the eastern shoulder — where a spruce blowdown can close a driveway in a single gust. Removal comes first when a tree is past saving; trimming and pruning come after, shaping crowns so a house keeps its view and a stand keeps its health. September light on the ridge makes even heavy work pleasant, and the chips smell like the whole town. Then the quiet of a finished job: brush gone, the cut clean, the mountain right there through the gap that just opened.
