Baez Residential Properties

About Baez Residential Properties

The Contoocook River has barely begun its long run north when it slips through downtown Jaffrey, and after an overnight storm the streets beside it lie muffled and white under the streetlamps. Baez Residential Properties works the residential side of that snowfall, opening driveways and front paths so households can get to work and school without wrestling a shovel in the dark. It is exact, practical work: the drive scraped down to pavement, the path opened right to the front step. On a storm morning, the view that matters is a clear run from the garage to the street. Baez delivers it house by house, before the town is fully awake.
