About St. Laurent Property Maintenance LLC

Along the dooryards of Hudson, where old stone walls run out from the pavement into pine shade and the road bends toward the Merrimack, St. Laurent Property Maintenance LLC keeps the ordinary ground in good order. Weekly mowing here means the whole picture — edged walks, trimmed corners, beds weeded and kept, mulch laid fresh, shrubs and trees pruned back to a shape that lets light in. Spring brings the winter's sand off the grass, then dethatching, aeration, overseeding and a wash of the hard surfaces; fall brings leaves off lawns, patios and decks until the yard sits clean under a bare sky. When the first storm comes over Litchfield and Nashua, the same trucks are out plowing, salting, sanding, shoveling the drive clear while the windows are still dark. Hardscaping, fertilization, and care for residential, commercial and HOA grounds fill the rest of the calendar — the slow, physical satisfaction of a property that holds its season.
