About Craig Property Maintenance LLC

Fog sits low over the Merrimack most Hudson mornings, and by the time it lifts off the river the mowers are already halfway down a lawn, laying green in even passes. Craig Property Maintenance LLC keeps yards on this east bank — cutting, edging, clearing the leaves that come off the oaks near the Musquash in a slow amber drift — and then, when the sky turns that flat pewter that means weather, trading the deck for the plow. There is a plain pleasure in what the work leaves behind: a crisp line along the walk, mulch dark and neat around the beds, a driveway opened to bare pavement while the streetlights are still burning. Lawn care in the long stretch from thaw to frost, snow removal after, on the same ground and the same streets.
