Continuity Landscape Services keeps the east bank of the Merrimack in Hudson, New Hampshire, where the river runs past mill brick and the ground lifts into drumlin and pine toward Litchfield. Mowing, trimming, and edging leave a clean seam along every walk and drive; spring cleanups pull back the flattened gray of March, and fall cleanups gather the maples' whole red argument off the grass. Then the heavier register — mulch laid dark around fresh plantings, bushes and trees trimmed under fifteen feet, landscape designs put into the soil, patios and retaining walls and firepits and outdoor kitchens set stone by stone, fencing run straight to the property line. Come January the work turns to snow removal, and there is real satisfaction in a driveway opened black and wide while the streetlights are still on.
