About New Yard Landscaping & Construction

Climb Gould Hill on a clear September afternoon and the orchard rows open west onto Kearsarge and the pale blue backs of the mountains beyond — that is the country New Yard Landscaping & Construction mows and tends. Hopkinton lawns run wide here, sloping away from white farmhouses toward stone walls, and they take a patient hand to keep even. The crew mows, trims and edges through the growing months, opens the beds in April, and works the leaves down off the hillsides once the maples turn. Mulch is laid in clean lines that hold their shape all summer. There is real pleasure in stepping back at the end of a long day and seeing a property sit right in its own landscape.
