When a storm banks up against Moose Mountain, Hanover takes it sideways — wind off the ridge, snow packing hard against every north-facing door. Silva Under Pressure works those nights: plowing drives, shoveling steps and walkways, salting the slick places that form where a roof drips and refreezes by two in the morning.
