About Maple Leaf Tree Service, LLC

Hampstead's summer evenings belong to the water — Sunset Lake going gold, Wash Pond flat as glass, the last boat in ahead of the mosquitoes. Maple Leaf Tree Service, LLC works the sloped shorefront lots and the ridge roads between them, where one broad oak can shade a whole cottage into permanent damp. Thinning a crown to let the afternoon through is slow work, and so is dropping a dead pine in a yard with sixty feet to spare and a dock below. Pruning happens on the cold clear days when the architecture of a tree is fully visible; storm cleanup happens whenever the sky says so, usually at the worst hour and usually finished by the next one. The measure of a good day is a lakeside lawn with sun on it and not a stick out of place.
