About Newscapes LLC

At four in the morning in a Goshen January, the only light on the hills is starlight on new powder and the sweep of a plow's headlamps. Newscapes LLC is out in that blue dark, pushing back the night's snowfall so driveways are open before anyone has to leave. Gunnison Lake lies white and still in the woods, and dawn eventually pales the sky above Mount Sunapee. Banks get stacked neatly and set well back so the next storm has somewhere to go, with room left for a car to turn around. A cleared drive at sunrise in this hill country is the small reward of winter work.
