About Popes Landscaping LLC

In July the whitewater park downtown fills with people and the lawns above the Pemigewasset grow all week in the humidity off the water. Popes Landscaping LLC keeps to them — mowing, trimming around trees and posts, cutting the edges so the turf ends in a straight, deliberate line. Autumn moves the work to rakes and tarps, the leaves off the grass and gone, and then the trucks change over and the plows go on. Winter is driveways opened, walks and steps shoveled, salt and sand down on the ice before anyone steps out on it. Franklin and the river towns nearby see this crew in every month of the year.
