About Ground Effects Landscape,Hardscape,Masonry

In Franklin the light arrives off the water first — the Pemigewasset and the Winnipesaukee braiding into the Merrimack under the old brick mills, river-mist burning off while the lawns up on the ridge streets are still silver with dew. Ground Effects Landscape, Hardscape, Masonry keeps that clock: mowing and grounds maintenance through the long green stretch of summer, hedges cut back to a clean shoulder, weeds pulled out of the beds before they can crowd anything, an overgrown lot cleared until the ground underneath it can breathe again. Then the heavier work — new turf laid, fence panels set true, a driveway or patio power-washed back to its own color, and stone and masonry put down to hold a grade the way granite has always held this valley. There is a real satisfaction in the after: the crisp edge along a walk, a yard that finally makes sense from the road, a place that looks tended rather than merely mown. They shape outdoor space in Franklin and the towns around it, one property at a time, and leave the work standing where anyone can see it.
