About Red Line Tree Care LLC

The Oyster River runs quiet through Durham until the tide turns and the whole thing changes its mind. Red Line Tree Care LLC works the yards along it — the old capes near the Mill Pond, the newer places out toward Durham Point, the tall white pines that came up in the shelter of College Woods and now lean wherever the wind put them. The work is removal when a trunk has gone hollow, trimming when a limb has grown out over a roof, and pruning in the cold months to set a young tree up for the next twenty years. When a squall crosses Great Bay and drops a pine across a driveway, cleanup starts before the puddles do. A week later you would never know, except the lawn has more sun on it.
