On the Heights the wind comes across the open ground near Loudon Road and drifts a driveway back in twice before dawn. Loycano Landscaping and Plowing runs those long nights, headlights swinging into one dooryard after another, then coming back when the drift does. By May the same properties get mowed, trimmed and mulched, and the plow stakes come out of ground that is finally soft again. Two trades that look nothing alike share one rule — you show up on the day the weather picks, not the day you would prefer. Concord houses stay open and passable because somebody decided that was their job.
