About DeJohn Landscaping LLC

Concord grew up along the Merrimack, on ground that gives up granite long before it gives up anything softer — and DeJohn Landscaping works with that ground rather than against it. They design and they build: walkways that take a footfall cleanly, patios sized to a long evening, stone walls set course by course until the line looks like it was always there. Around the stone go trees, shrubs, and perennial gardens, laid out so a yard has something to do in June and something to say in October, when the valley light comes in low and sideways. The work carries from Bow and Hooksett out through Weare, Northwood, and Manchester, and north past Northfield toward Laconia, Gilford, and the Sunapee hills. Every project ends the same quiet way — a place that sits better on its own land than it did the morning before.
