About Zullo Property Maintenance, LLC

The Sugar River comes down through Claremont past long brick mill walls on its way to the Connecticut, and the land on either side is all shoulder and grade — hillside yards, valley flats, driveways that lean toward the water. Zullo Property Maintenance, LLC is a full-service landscape, construction, and maintenance company working that ground on both sides of the river, across New Hampshire and Vermont: spring cleanups that lift winter's litter off a lawn in one long morning, mowing and lawn maintenance held even through the green months, excavation and hardscapes that give a slope a reason to stay put, and asphalt paving through their Sunapee Paving division. Winter turns the work to snow removal, and there is a particular pleasure in a drive opened wide before the first light finds the mill roofs. What the job leaves behind is plain and physical — a wall that holds, a lawn that keeps its line, ground you can cross without thinking about it.
