Livermore Limb Company

About Livermore Limb Company

October in Chatham is a slow fire, maples and beech flaring orange against the dark shoulders of Kearsarge North before a week of wind strips them bare. Livermore Limb Company offers lawn care in this mountain town, where autumn buries yards in color and scatters twigs across the grass. The work this time of year is bringing the lawn back out from under it all, so the ground can catch the last low sunlight before hard frost. A yard swept clean beneath bare branches, waiting calmly for winter, is a fine view from any kitchen window. The company's name speaks of limbs, and with so much forest overhead, every lawn here lives in their shadow.
