About BG Land-Care

A mower's steady pass, a plow blade set just so, hands kneeling into a bed to set the mulch by feel — BG Land Care works in the rhythms of Berlin, New Hampshire, where the Androscoggin runs cold beneath the old mill town and the streets climb hard toward Mount Forist and the Great North Woods beyond. The work is lawn care and gardening through the green months, landscape design and hardscape installation when a yard asks to be rebuilt in stone and grade, irrigation to keep it drinking, and snow removal when the north country buries itself and a driveway has to be open before the sky goes light. There is real pride in the finish here: the crisp edge along a walk, the pattern laid true across a slope, the bank of snow pushed back clean so the day can begin. Nothing in this valley stays still for long, and that is the pleasure of it — each pass leaves a place looking cared for, holding its season with a little dignity.
