About Michael Therrien Landscaping, LLC

Bedford rides the high western shoulder of the Merrimack valley, where old farm walls run off into the pines and the land tips slowly downhill toward the river and the lights on the far bank. Michael Therrien Landscaping works that rolling ground — setting hardscape into slopes that were never quite level to begin with, putting in plantings that will settle and look like they belong, renovating tired yards until they read as though they had always been that way. There is a plain satisfaction in the results: the true line of a new walkway, a mulch edge cut clean against green, a lawn mowed into even bands on a warm afternoon. When winter takes the hill, the same driveways get opened before the house is awake, snow pushed back toward the stone walls so the day can simply begin. The ambition is a modest one and a whole one — the yard a homeowner always pictured, made real on the ground they own.
