Route 11 climbs out of Andover past Potter Place, and the driveways hanging off it are steep enough to matter in February. J & B Landscaping & Excavation covers both sides of that year: mowing, trimming and edging while things are green, cleanups at the top and bottom of the season, and plowing and walkway clearing once the storms begin stacking up. A drive cut wide to the edges in December still has room for March snow — that is not luck, it is how it gets pushed. In July the same properties get their weekly pass and their edges cut back true. Andover asks for both, and gets them.
