Michalski Lawn Care

About Michalski Lawn Care

Late in a Waterloo August the light goes long and gold across the sandpit lakes, and the mowers are still running. Michalski Lawn Care works the yards between the Elkhorn and Highway 275 — mowing, string trimming, edging, and the seasonal cleanups that arrive when the cottonwoods let go all at once. It is unhurried work kept at a steady pace: cut, turn, cut, until a lawn reads as one whole piece instead of a patchwork. Dust lifts off the gravel behind the truck and settles again over the ditch grass. The payoff is small and real — a yard that looks cared for on a Friday evening, which out here is exactly where people want to be.
