About Olberding Tree Services

At the northern edge of the Sandhills, winter reaches Stuart on a wind that has crossed a great deal of open country, and the cedar windbreaks around farmsteads lean hard into it. Olberding Tree Services carries trees in its name, and on the ground beneath them it handles snow removal once the drifts begin to stack and lawn care when the thaw is done. After an overnight storm, the job is a driveway cut clean through deep white and a path to the door scraped down to concrete. Come May, those same yards get mowed and trimmed under the branches, the grass lying even right up to the trunks. Two seasons, one town, and the same care given to both.
