About Cranmore Lawn and Land Services

Lodgepole Creek draws its thin green line through Sidney, and where the cottonwoods stand the grass is willing; everywhere else on this plateau, a lawn is something you commit to. Cranmore Lawn and Land Services works both kinds — town yards on the grid and the loose, wide-open lots at the edge where turf gives way to buffalo grass. Mowing, trimming, edging, lot cleanup, and the rougher land work that keeps an acreage from going feral. Late summer here means dry wind and a sun that does not quit until nine, so the cutting height goes up and the blade stays sharp. What comes of it is a straight-cut yard holding its color at four thousand feet, which is nothing to be casual about.
