About Galls Lawn Service LLC

Shell Creek comes down out of the Colfax County farmland and slips past Schuyler on its way to the Platte, and the whole town sits in that flat, fertile bottom where things grow whether you asked them to or not. Galls Lawn Service LLC takes that as the job description: keep it cut, keep it trimmed, keep the edges sharp against the concrete. Late-summer afternoons run hot here, loud with the mainline freights, and the mowing happens anyway, one lot at a time, until the shadows stretch long and the last blow-off leaves a driveway spotless. Autumn brings the other half of the work — leaves off the turf, beds cleared, the yard put down tidy for the cold. It is unshowy work, and it is the whole difference between a house that looks lived in and a house that looks looked after.
