About Royal Outdoor Care

Royal, home to only a few dozen residents, is tucked into the rolling grassland of Antelope County, where cedar windbreaks guard the farmsteads and pastures climb and dip toward every horizon. Royal Outdoor Care keeps yards in shape across two seasons that, in northeast Nebraska, barely seem to belong to the same place. Summer means mowing, trimming and edging until the lawns look fit for the town's grand name; winter means plowing and shoveling until the walks show bare concrete again. Wind runs hard over these hills in every month, so everything is done to hold: clean edges that last, snow piled where it will not blow back. A small place with a regal name deserves to look the part.
