Crimson Lawn Care

About Crimson Lawn Care

By late October the ditches along the river road go red — sumac first, then the last of the maples, then the whole western sky over the Missouri around six o'clock. Crimson Lawn Care takes its name from that hour and does some of its best work in it: the final mowings of the year, cut a little lower, leaves mulched or hauled, edges recut before the ground hardens. A lawn put to bed properly in Plattsmouth comes back faster in April, so the fall passes are worth as much as the summer ones. Through the green months it is the steady business of mowing, trimming and edging, week after week, so nothing ever looks neglected. The reward is simple and visible from the street.
