About Xavi's Lawn & Landscaping LLC

The creek that gave Papillion its name still threads through the middle of town, and in July the cottonwoods leaning over that water hold the only real shade for blocks. Xavi's Lawn & Landscaping LLC works the hot middle of those days, when heat comes straight up off the driveways and the turf needs cutting tall enough to shade its own roots. Mowing, string trimming along fences and around tree rings, crisp edges cut in at the sidewalk and the drive, clippings swept and blown clear before the truck pulls out. It is straightforward work with a plain measure of success — you can read it from the street. Yards near the Papio trail and out toward the county line get the same routine, week after week, because that is what keeps a lawn even instead of merely mowed.
