About Bella's Landscaping

Papillion borrowed its name from the butterflies that once crowded the creek banks, and the old blocks downtown still carry some of that lightness — brick storefronts, deep shade, small lawns tucked behind them. Bella's Landscaping tends those in-town yards and the bigger ones out past them, mowing, trimming and edging so that even a narrow strip of turf between a walk and a porch looks deliberate. Spring here arrives all at once, green rushing up out of a gray March, and the first cut of the year is one of the better mornings in this line of work. Cleanups follow the calendar the trees set, not the one on the wall. What is left behind is simply a tidy, even, well-kept yard, which turns out to be plenty.
