Quattrocchi Construction brings the same equipment that grades building sites in summer out to clear those grounds and the lots around them, piling snow high along the fence lines so the space is ready the moment the season turns back toward fair time. Late-winter storms in the Loup Valley can be the heaviest of the year, wet and deep, the kind that stall a smaller machine; this crew runs loaders built for exactly that weight. Once the fairgrounds are open, the same trucks move into town, clearing commercial lots and driveways before the roads fully thaw. There is real satisfaction in watching a snowbound gravel lot turn back into open ground in an afternoon.
