About Monahan Care & Property Services, LLC

Florence sits on the bluff where the Missouri swings north, the oldest ground in the city and still the quietest at eight in the morning. Monahan Care & Property Services, LLC looks after lawns and properties up that way and across the rest of Omaha — mowing, trimming, edging and the general upkeep a place needs to stay itself. March here is mud and gray with the first green pushing up through last year's thatch, and somebody has to clear the winter off it. Raked, cut and edged, a yard stops looking abandoned and starts looking tended. That change reads from the street, which is where it counts.
