About Forest Green - Lawn & Landscaping

South of the city the bluff woods above the Missouri hold their color into late September, and the lawns that back up to that treeline live half in sun and half in oak shade. Forest Green - Lawn & Landscaping works that seam: mowing the open turf, easing the height where the canopy closes in, edging the beds so the lawn and the planting keep separate company. Acorns and the first leaves start coming down while the grass is still growing, which means cutting and clearing in the same visit for a good stretch of autumn. The landscaping side shows up in the details — a mulch line held straight, shrubs kept off the walk, the transition from turf to bed made deliberate. When the woods finally go bare, the lawns below them are clean and even, waiting out the cold.
