About Clear Creek Landscapes

A summer storm comes across the Papio watershed in about twenty minutes — sky green, wind in the elms, then two inches of rain in the creek and every lawn in Papillion growing an inch overnight. Clear Creek Landscapes plans around that, because grass after a soaking cuts differently and a heavy deck will scar soft ground. So the route waits a morning, then works the high yards first, mowing, edging the walks, and trimming the low ground near the drainage ways where the turf grows fastest. The reward is the drive-by look on a clear evening: even stripes, defined edges, nothing shaggy along the fence line. Around here a lawn is mostly a conversation with the weather, and the crew keeps up its end of it.
