Green Envy

About Green Envy

Green Envy is a name with ambition, and in Ogallala that ambition has to stand up to wind. North of town, Lake McConaughy stretches blue against the Sandhills, and the same big sky that makes it shine can bake a yard dry by mid-afternoon. Green Envy answers with lawn care aimed at the kind of grass that makes passersby slow their step. When winter turns, a hard wind off the Sandhills can heap snow across a driveway in an hour, and the work shifts to clearing drives and walks so the town can get moving again. Lush in July, open and passable in January: that is the whole idea.
