About Creative Landscapes of Nebraska

October on Dewey Street: brick storefronts holding the last of the afternoon warmth, leaves skidding along the curb, the light going amber a little earlier every day. Creative Landscapes of Nebraska reads the year in that light and works ahead of it — final mows tapered down, beds cleared, leaves gathered before the wind files them into every corner in town. Through summer it is weekly cutting, crisp edges, trimming, and feeding the turf against dry High Plains heat. The reward is simple and visible from the sidewalk: a lawn that looks tended in every month it is asked to. North Platte is worth that much attention.
