B & L Lawn Services

About B & L Lawn Services

At the south edge of town the Elkhorn slides past Ta-Ha-Zouka Park under old cottonwoods, and in late May the air fills with drifting seed like slow snow. B & L Lawn Services runs the neighborhoods above that bottomland, where the grass comes on hard once the nights warm. Weekly mowing, trimming along fence lines and foundations, edging the drive, then the walks cleared — the same honest sequence, house after house. When October strips the trees, leaf cleanup takes over and the lawn goes into winter with nothing smothering it. There is real pleasure in a yard mowed in straight lines while the river runs by a few blocks off.
