About Summit Lawns - Lincoln Lawn Care

South of town the ground lifts toward Yankee Hill, and from the top of one of those rises Lincoln lies out below with the Capitol needle marking its center. Summit Lawns - Lincoln Lawn Care mows the newer neighborhoods that climb those slopes, where big open lawns run downhill and a mower line has to be held steady against the grade. Grass on a south-facing rise dries first and browns first, so the cutting here stays a notch higher through July and comes back down when the cooler nights of September bring the color back. The measure of a good day is standing at the bottom of a yard and seeing the stripes run true from the street to the back fence, edges cut sharp, nothing scuffed at the turns. On a hill, sloppy work shows from a block away — which is exactly why it never leaves that way.
