Ray's Lawn & Home Care

About Ray's Lawn & Home Care

In mid-June the cottonwoods along Lincoln's creeks let go of their seed, and white fluff drifts through the neighborhoods like a slow summer flurry. Ray's Lawn & Home Care keeps the lawns beneath it in order, cutting the grass to an even height and trimming it away from steps, paths and garden beds. The work is done with a homeowner's eye, mindful of how the yard looks from the front window and the porch swing. The cottonwood is Nebraska's state tree, and in early summer it makes itself known on every lawn in town. After a fresh mow, the drifting seed settles onto grass that looks crisp and ready for the longest days of the year.
