J's lawn care

About J's lawn care

South of Lincoln, out past the old Yankee Hill clay ground, the soil turns heavy and late July can bake a lawn to straw if nobody is paying attention. J's lawn care answers with attention rather than shortcuts: mowing high once the heat sets in, trimming around foundations and fence posts, edging the drive, blowing the walks clean before leaving. Grass here bounces back fast when the rain returns, and a lawn cut with some sense bounces back faster still. The payoff is a yard still holding its green in the worst week of the summer. Lincoln, Roca, Sprague and Cortland.
