Integrity Exterior Solutions

About Integrity Exterior Solutions

An overnight freeze-thaw cycle leaves icicles hanging thick off the eaves of the older bungalows through Lincoln's Near South and Everett neighborhoods, and Integrity Exterior Solutions works the ground level of that same problem, clearing the walks and porch steps under those roof lines before someone below gets hit by falling ice. These century-old blocks have narrow lots and short setbacks, so a lot of the work is close, careful hand-shoveling along a porch rail instead of a wide truck pass. Snowmelt off a steep old roof will refreeze on the front steps by evening even after a walk was cleared that morning, so the crew often circles back on the coldest days. Leaving a porch and front walk bare under a house still dripping icicles from its own roofline is the small, exact difference the crew is out there for. By the time the afternoon sun angles low across these tree-lined streets, the block's entries are dry and safe to cross again.
