About Elemental Landscaping

Lincoln grew up beside salt: the saline wetlands along Little Salt Creek, crusted white in a dry spell, are what drew early settlers to this stretch of prairie in hopes of a salt trade. Elemental Landscaping works with the other elements the place is made of: wind out of the southwest, summer storms stacking up purple on the western horizon, and deep loess soil that turns a lawn green almost overnight after rain. Its lawn care meets that weather head on, mowing back the surge of growth that follows a soaking and trimming the borders sharp again. When the thunderheads pass and the air smells of wet earth, the yard is ready to shine under a rinsed blue sky.
