Kearney Cuts Lawn Service

About Kearney Cuts Lawn Service

When the sandhill cranes lift off the Platte each spring and turn north, Kearney gets its lawns back. Kearney Cuts Lawn Service starts mowing about then, as the grass greens up across this river and college town strung along the old Platte River Road. Summer here is a running conversation with valley weather: warm south winds, sudden June storms, grass that jumps after every soaking rain. Each visit leaves clean stripes, sharp lines along walks and drives, and pavement swept free of clippings. By the time July nights carry the smell of cut grass and sprinklers, a Kearney yard looks as easygoing as the town feels.
