Bertrand Lawn & Lawncare

About Bertrand Lawn & Lawncare

South and west of Kearney the section roads run arrow-straight between alfalfa and pivot corners, and by ten in the morning the heat shimmers right off them. Bertrand Lawn & Lawncare mows, trims and edges out along that country line and back into town, where yards meet gravel and windbreak trees. Midsummer here rewards patience: cut at the right height, keep the blades sharp, and turf holds its color even when the wind blows dry for days on end. Cleanups in spring and fall take out the thatch, the seed heads and whatever the fields send over the fence. The payoff is a yard that reads green and even from the road at highway speed.
