About Holiday Farms, LLC

Out past Imperial the land opens into the kind of country where you can watch a storm build over Enders Reservoir long before it ever reaches town, and Holiday Farms, LLC works those same wide quarter sections that make the sky feel so big. Chase County wind doesn't meet much to slow it down, so once a storm passes, drifts pile up across driveways and farm lanes in a hurry, deep enough to strand a truck by afternoon. The crew runs the same equipment that handles harvest in the fall to push snow in the winter, clearing farmstead drives and county lanes so grain trucks and school buses can keep moving. A driveway cleared before dawn out here can mean the difference between a normal Tuesday and a family stuck at home until the wind dies down. By the time the sun is up over the plains, the lanes running out from Imperial toward the reservoir are open again, dark lines across all that white.
