About Harris landscaping

The North Fork of the Big Nemaha River winds past Humboldt through stands of hardwood, and by July the valley hums with cicadas and the heavy, sweet air of a southeast Nebraska summer. Harris landscaping holds the town's lawns in step with all that growth, keeping yards cut and edged before the grass can get ahead of itself. Rain comes generously in this corner of the state, and a yard here can thicken almost overnight. A fresh cut brings it back to order: level turf, clean borders along walk and drive, the long shadows of big yard trees lying across grass that looks newly made. It is the kind of green that makes a front porch worth sitting on.
