About Firefly Landscaping

June nights in Holdrege go soft at the edges, and the fireflies lift out of the grass in ones and twos until the yards are blinking. Firefly Landscaping tends that grass in daylight — mowing, trimming around swing sets and shade trees, edging where lawn meets pavement, and blowing the drives clean before pulling away. A lawn cut well holds its stripes into the evening, and there is a plain pleasure in watching them from the porch as the heat finally lets go. The bigger jobs come at either end of the year: raking out what winter matted down, and gathering leaves while they are still dry enough to move. Ordinary yards, kept well, week after week.
