About A-Plus Tree Service Inc

The Platte spreads out wide and shallow south of Fremont, and the cottonwoods along it are the tallest thing in the county by a good margin. A-Plus Tree Service Inc works that bottomland and the town streets both, removing a storm-split cottonwood limb by limb, trimming silver maples back from wires and eaves, pruning early so a tree never grows into a problem. Nebraska wind arrives in straight lines and does not negotiate, so cleanup is a regular season here, bucking trunks, chipping brush and opening a driveway before the first work truck needs it. Winter strips the trees to their architecture and makes the next round of cuts obvious. When the ice goes out of the river and the cottonwood fluff starts flying in June, you can see which crowns came through on their own and which ones got some help.
