Booie's Mowing Company

About Booie's Mowing Company

Saturday in Fremont starts with sprinklers ticking over the lawns near Clemmons Park and ends with the smell of cut grass hanging in the warm air until dark. Booie's Mowing Company spends those hours behind the deck — mowing, string trimming, edging along the walks, blowing the clippings off the drive so nothing tracks inside. It's unglamorous work, and weekly, and it adds up: a yard that looks tended every single time somebody pulls in. Kids ride past on bikes, the shadows stretch out, and the stripes stay put. That's the whole ambition, and it's enough.
