About Elite Lawn Services

October in Columbus smells like dust and diesel — grain trucks stacked up at the elevators, rail cars coupling somewhere past the tracks, corn coming off the fields all the way around town. Lawns are still growing then, slower, and leaves start piling against the north side of every fence. Elite Lawn Services handles the tail of the season the way it handles July: mow, trim, edge, then clear the clippings and the leaf drift off the concrete. A yard cut clean in fall light has a particular richness to it, deep green against a countryside gone gold. That is the result worth working toward, and it is the same one every week here in Columbus.
