Advantage Lawn Care

About Advantage Lawn Care

Walk a few blocks off Blair's brick downtown and the town softens into shade trees and deep front lawns, block after block where one yard runs straight into the next. Advantage Lawn Care spends its June evenings out in that long gold light, mowing while the heat lets go and the sprinklers start ticking on. The pleasure of the work is the finish — an even cut, the edge run clean along the sidewalk, the clippings blown off the concrete so the walk looks swept. Grass on this stretch of eastern Nebraska grows in a hurry once the humidity settles in, so holding a lawn level week to week is the entire job. By dusk the block reads as one continuous green, and that is exactly the point.
